The Stroke Association is bringing the popular ‘Resolution Run’ series to Edinburgh for the first time in 2012. Resolution 5K is designed to help you turn your New Year’s resolution into a reality.

The event will take place in the morning of Sunday 4th March at Cramond Foreshore. The course at Cramond is perfect for novices to try running, walking or jogging, or for a seasoned runner to warm up for longer distances in the future.

The event is a fun approach to achieving your goals whatever they are, whilst raising vital funds for The Stroke Association at the same time.
