Out of the Blue are pleased to present a very special Valentine’s Day event on Tuesday 14th Feb, including a screening of the classic film Brief Encounter. Situated in the Drill Hall Arts Cafe, this vintage event will be the perfect alternative romantic evening to spend with your loved ones. Guests will be treated to a tasty meal from the Cafe, live music and classic black and white drama. The theme of the event will be Vintage/WWII and attendees are encouraged to dress accordingly (& don’t forget to wrap up warm!)

Tickets are £10 a head, include entry to the event plus one main mail. Doors will be open from 6pm on the night and remember everyone is invited, not just couples! The menu choices will be announced closer to the time, please check the facebook event page for more information.

This event is presented in collaboration with The Other Cinema, a new initiative by the folk behind Future Cinema, which aims to bring back a sense of community and wonder to cinema going by screening vital and loved films in non-traditional venues. The Edinburgh screening of Brief Encounter will be one of many across the UK on the evening of Valentine’s Day.
