  another pub the albion in blundell st is closing. It was’nt a bad pub just another pub to add to the extinct list

  I live in the east end of london, and so many good pubs are now offices or flats, hoxton st N1 a few years back .had a least 9 good pubs, now just 2, which are not great, its such a shame to see these places go, the only reason i know of is they are offered such big money by the developers,its hard to resist,
