chicken curry

if you want heres a quick one.
1 chicken cut in small pieces
half an onion
2 green chilles
2 dolps of live yoghurt
salt to taste
tandoori masala 2 or 3 table spoons
2tbls of any oil
and chopped mint and corieander about 2 spoons optional.
1 tabls of each garlic and ginger.
1 chopped tomatomix the ingridients together and leave for 2to 4 hrs, but if your to hungry then just fry inthe wok.
if you really like it hot then add more green chillies or a teaspoon of red chillies!it goes well with boiled rice or a burger with salad , pitta bred with salad. even with naan!

2 chikenbreast
i packet of royal tandoori masala or shan tandoori masala(asda)
2tlbs of live yoghurt
2tlbs oil any
mint and corieander chopped
dash of lemon about 1 tblsmix all ingridients and leave for about 2hrs or best results over night.
peel potatoes and cut in quaters
line one roasting dish with kitchen foil.
put marinated chiken in the middle and potatoes around the chicken.
cover and cook in oven on gas mark 6 , for 1hr and 30 mints.
eat with side salad.and enjoy!ps if you like you can marinate the potatoes with the chiken, for spicy results.if you dont like it too hot then i suggest half packet of the tandoori masala!
