A small shop very near Place Richelm and Place de la Mairie, at Aix et Terra you can find products that will add something special to your favourite recipes. The particularly original packaging of the olive oil, syrup and vinegar will mean they have a place in your kitchen and on your table (note the olive oils and vinegars in dispensers).

You want to leave behind for a moment your life as a young busy manager, or young (or not so young) mum or dad? Go revive your senses and calm your spirit in this unique place. Massages, hamman, saunas, it’s all at your disposal so you can forget your everyday worries for a while. You have to try the Fujithérapie (Japanese Hot Stone Therapy), a massage technique using under water volcanic stones.

A lover of English literature, a young student dreaming of perfecting your English ability, this place will fulfil your hopes. This little book shop, situated in a street perpendicular to Cours Mirabeau, offers a large choice of books in intimate surroundings. We must make equally note the presence of a little café that allows you to sip a small black coffee (or something else) while reading your latest purchase. The book shop also puts on many event such as encounters with authors etc., etc.

If you’re looking for spices, olive oils or unusual mustards, without sacrificing taste, come and discover this small shop, at the bottom of Rue d’Italie (close to the ringroad). And on top of all these elements that give a new taste to your best dishes, the shop offers all sorts of very useful accessories.

Men looking for the best in fashion should head to the Di Micheli stores. The best labels in menswear (Hugo Boss, Cerruti 1881, Friedman) are waiting for you in this shop. Be careful, though, if you dream of being stylish… it’s good for you, but your wallet is going to take a hit!

If you feel like going out with your friends or like the 'dude’ (see the Big Lebowski), you should give this bowling a try; it’s located near to the Law school in Aix, ten minutes away from the cours Mirabeau. The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable, you can eat and have a drink or play a game of babyfoot or snooker.

In search of a gift for your best friend or your mum, the Hermes boutique will guarantee you find the luxurious object that will hit the spot. The team ensures you a warm welcome and will answer all your questions. Futhermore, if your budget is tight Hermes offers a whole range of small pieces of jewellery, key rings or scarfs (the twilly scarf costs less than 90 euros) whose prices won’t scare your bank manager too much.
